Chris is a young entrepreneur and leader with a desire to remove barriers to gainful employment for all. He is a practical and metric based problem solver presenting realistic outcomes. As a former athlete, he brings the same level of preparation and mental focus to everyday operating agendas.
He began his career in the health-club management field where he developed a passion for helping others reach their goals. He led a major merger and acquisition in a regional role before leaving the industry after seven years, becoming a small business entrepreneur. He then went on to serve as the COO of a Raleigh based startup, which he sold. He went on to acquire equity in two other product-based businesses, all with the focus of helping others live better and easier.
He is also involved with charitable work in the community, with organizations such as Toys for Tots, The Rescue Mission, and the local soup kitchen.
Chris brings experience of direct to consumer marketing, B2B sales, film production, strategical and infrastructural oversight, and teambuilding to the Power of the Dream. He currently holds an Associate’s Degree from Wake Technical Community College and is obtaining his Bachelor’s in Management of Information Systems from East Carolina University.
