Nichole Brownlee is a certified Human Resources professional known for providing leadership in the recruitment of top talent, development of optimal staff performance, policy development, and consultation on general HR issues of varying complexities. As Owner/President of an HR Consulting and Staffing firm, she actively oversees all aspects of the company and is the chief point of contact for employers, candidates, and strategic business partners across the U.S.
Nichole enjoys giving back to the community whether it’s volunteering with Dress for Success to assist women achieve their career goals, participating in 5Ks to raise funds for worthy causes, or working with the Humane Society to help animals find their forever homes.
Nichole is originally from New Jersey and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. She maintains an active membership in the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has several years of experience as a volunteer leader for the Garden State Council (GSC)– SHRM in several capacities.
